Caregiver a Movie for All

Last night, me and my mom along with my sister-in-law watched "Caregiver" starring Sharon Cuneta. I like this movie. I was expecting it to be a total tear jerker but it only made me cry once and I'm happy with it. I like how the story was told. In fairness it was fast pace. Although there where some points that seem to be irrelevant to the story or maybe it should have been cut. Like the role of Makisig was quite questionable for me. Like what's really his purpose there? If it's to relieve Sarah (Sharon Cuneta) of missing her son, it didn't convince me. Luckily those were just minor parts of the movie so it's not that noticeable. But what I really like about this movie is the characters. John Estrada played Sarah's childish irresponsible egoistic husband. And he played the character well. I thought I was seeing ghost. Eventually his character reminded me of someone I knew a long time ago. Also Sarah's character is reminiscent of me. OK, fine! I was talking about an old flame. Anyways, back to the movie. Sarah is patient and intelligent yet she is humble and understanding. I love how she finally questioned her husband's decision and how she took action. If all men are like John Estrada's character in the movie, then I probably never gonna get married. Ahahaha!!

Anyways, it was really a moving story. For me the story wasn't just to tell the world what goes on being a caregiver as a profession, also it says that we always give care to the things we need, to the places we've gone to and to the people we love yet we often forget caring for ourselves. Hopefully, we can all find someone who would be there to understand and care for us as we understand and care for them.
