Yesterday, T.O.P.'s birthday celebration was a sure winner aside from the minor set backs! Hahaha!! First we're supposed to meet at 1:00 PM at Mcdo Glorietta! and guess what! Filipino time!! Late for 1 hour! Hahaha!! Love you karibs! Just telling the story of a wonderful day! Hahaha!! So there, I was the one who was expected to be late! It turns out someone else is later than me! Haha!
Let's fast forward a little bit! So we've met the people from Chinoy! They're very accommodating and warm towards us! Although we had doubts at first because we knew we were the new faces and definitely they've bonded already pretty well. But they welcomed us so much! They're very relax and fun!
So we went to Noraebang! According to B3's master translator, norae means music and bang means room. As it turns out, it's a KTV place with the Korean touch to it!! There were the props like maracas and I forgot what's that called but it's a musical instrument as well. Plus in the first room we entered there was even a disco ball! Too bad we have to move to another room as the airconditioning in that one was leaking. But still the feeling was definitely there!
We sang of course none other than Big Bang songs!! Of course there were also other songs! But I must say trying to sing it with the hangul writing is pretty fun! Me and karibs have our copies of lyrics out so we sing along! Haha!! But the winning singer I must say, from the B3, is V's number 1 mommy?!? Hahaha!! She sang Next Day in hangul! Without any hitches! Aside from the moments she laughed. After the singing, we had a game of Q&A, of course about TOP! Hehe!! We pretty much bag all the prices. Haha!
After that we went to eat at an authentic Korean Resto! Not the fancy type! The one you would see at Koreanovelas!! There were appeatizers of different kinds, but mostly spicy! I like their veggie omelete and there sort of veggie pancakes! They're both mild compared to the kimchi and some other preserved veggies that were really covered in red sauce.
Then we went to a Korean bookstore/cafe. It's called OK Book Cafe! There were a lot of books sold and rented! There were also Korean made souvenirs! Plus a lot more stuff for the K-Pop fans!!
Afterwards, we stayed in Starbucks in Columns! We went wild there! Haha!! not caring whoever was there or whatever they could hear. It was a jumble of fun and laughter!
This moment was one of the great times I'll always keep. From the Binondo trip to the CC event and now TOP's Birthday celebration, I'll never forget it!!
So Big Bang, mind you remember to come here in the Philippines! We're part of the Asian Nation as well!!
